Presence on social networks
Our entity maintains corporate profiles on various social networks in order to inform about our activities and maintain communication with users.
The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f RGPD) in maintaining a corporate presence and responding to queries, as well as the relationship that the user maintains with the social network in accordance with its conditions of use.
Social networks act as independent data controllers for the data they process on their platforms, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
In certain cases (such as page statistics or “Page Insights”), there may be co-responsibility between our entity and the corresponding social network, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

If you as a user have a profile on the same Social Network as our entity, you can freely join the page created by us, thus showing interest in the information that we publish on said Network.
By joining, you offer us visibility into certain personal data publicly provided by you in your profile.
Only in the event that you join our detailed Social Network page, your profile data will be processed by our entity only within the Social Network itself and in no case will it be processed by us outside of it without your prior consent.
You, as a user, can access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as configure your profile to guarantee the privacy of those data that you do not want to make public. You can also stop following us at any time.
Publications
Once you have joined our page and if you deem it appropriate, you may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network, reminding you that, in all cases, you must be the owner of these, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the page, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., is expressly prohibited. related to minors, those that violate or are likely to violate honor, morality, ethics, good taste, decorum and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or any other that goes against the Law. In these cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
Our entity will not be responsible for the content that a user has freely published. The user must keep in mind that their publications will be known by other users, so they will be solely responsible for their publications and their privacy.
Advertising
Our entity may use the Social Network to advertise, in any case, complying with the requirements of the current Regulations applicable to Data Protection and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending our pages to other users so that they can also enjoy the promotions or be informed of events or activities of our entity will not be considered advertising.
Contests and promotions
Our entity reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which users who wish to do so and who are linked to our page may participate. The bases of each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be published therein, always complying with the Law or regulation that applies.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.
Personal data
Our entity may treat:
Identification data visible in the public profile.
Content published by the user on our page.
Private messages sent through the social network.
No data will be extracted from the social network or incorporated into external systems without an adequate legal basis.
The user can stop following our entity on social networks at any time, control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict who they share their connections with, to do so they must access the privacy settings of the social network in which they are present:
