A group of professors and researchers from the University of Valencia visit the Aras de los Olmos Biological Station

Around forty members of the teaching and research staff from the Faculty of Biological Sciences at the University of Valencia are scheduled to visit the Aras de los Olmos Biological Station on Friday to explore the opportunities it offers for their work.

The day includes visits to the Ethnobotanical Garden, the Ecomuseum, the Big History Center for scientific and environmental outreach, and a talk about the development strategy for Aras de los Olmos, which is closely linked to sustainability and scientific research.

Aras de los Olmos maintains a fruitful relationship with the University of Valencia and is home to its Astronomical Observatory, founded in 1909 by Dr. Ignacio Tarazona, and which is the basis of the Big History project.
